1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sky Jolt Media ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Sky Jolt Media provides content syndication, monetization management, and distribution services for digital content creators across multiple platforms including but not limited to:

• Snapchat Discover Shows, Spotlight, and Lens Creator Rewards management
• Facebook In-Stream Ads, Reels Ads, and Branded Content optimization
• TikTok Creativity Program, TikTok Shop, and Creator Rewards management
• YouTube Watch Page Ads, Shorts Feed Ads, and Channel Membership optimization
• Content localization and global distribution services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must also be the rightful owner or authorized representative of the content channels you submit for our services.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create. By using our services, you grant Sky Jolt Media a limited, non-exclusive license to distribute, syndicate, and optimize your content across partnered platforms as necessary to fulfill our services. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

5. Revenue and Payments

Revenue sharing and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement specific to your account. Sky Jolt Media will provide transparent reporting of all monetization activities. Payments will be processed according to the schedule defined in your individual service agreement.

6. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your channels and content
• Ensure all content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or artificially inflate metrics
• Communicate promptly regarding any changes to your channels or content strategy
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

Sky Jolt Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for changes in platform policies, algorithms, or monetization structures that may affect your revenue.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, Sky Jolt Media will cease all syndication and monetization activities on your behalf. Any pending revenue will be paid according to the payment terms in your agreement.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
